I am a qualified Exercise Physiologist and have been fortunate enough to have the privilege to train Ultra High Networth (UHN) clients whilst employed as Chief Stewardess onboard a number of Super Yachts.
I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology from Murdoch University, Perth Australia in 2016.
As an Exercise Physiologist I am equipped with the knowledge and skills set to provide and deliver exercise interventions for healthy clients, whilst also being able to cater for clients who suffer from acute or chronic disease, injuries or disabilities. I have been trained to deal with issues pertaining to cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal and respiratory systems and mental health, as well as strength and conditioning, endurance and performance enhancement.
Growing up, I was actively involved in numerous sports. During my high school years, I competed at a National level in Triathlon, whilst also regularly competing in cross country running, playing netball, equestrian and also being a member of the local Surf Life Saving Club. Whilst at university I transitioned into competing in off-road Adventure races instead of Triathlon and continued to regularly enjoy trail running and mountain biking.
I have always enjoyed a balance between weight-based and cardiovascular training and focus on incorporating both modalities into my training programs. I am incredibly passionate about health and wellness and love to educate and assist others with their fitness journeys. I like to have a holistic approach to living a healthy, balanced and maintainable lifestyle that focuses on being strong both physically and mentally.
I have had the privilege to train and work with elite athletes from a variety of sports as well as mainstream clients over the past 7 years. Over the last 5 years, my focus has specifically been to train UHN clients in conjunction with my position as Chief Stewardess onboard a number of luxury motorised Super Yachts. I endeavour to provide specific programs to meet the expectations and needs of all individual clients, so as to maximise their enjoyment whilst helping them to achieve their own personal goals. I have been fortunate to train clients from various Nationalities and Cultures.
